I always say "never judge a restaurant by one bad experience", and in this case I was right. A few years ago, I visited Casa Flores at Brookside with my husband, and the experience had us going to the other locations in town, but on Dec. 13th we decided to give the Brookside location a 2nd chance and were very glad we did! We were greeted by friendly staff, and our waitress told us about seasonal dishes that were available. My husband ordered a burrito and I ordered the Posole . Both were excellent! The Posole was wonderful and plentiful. It was so good, we had to return on the 20th to order the same. Our waitress on the 13th was exceptional. I believe her name was Rosela. Our waitress on the 20th was also very good, but while the restaurant was packed when we were seated, it was empty except for one other table by the time we got our food. It was an exceptionally long wait (not our waitresses fault), we're guessing due to the many takeout orders being picked up while we sat there. We will definitely return.
My go to restaurant in Stockton for Mexican food! Their salsa is delicious, and I've enjoyed their super burritos, enchiladas, and crispy tacos. I tried their chicken soup for the first time and it was so comforting for a freezing day. The servers are always welcoming and attentive as well, especially with the way we go through the chips and salsa.
SO GOOD! i love the servers, it's all about communication and sometimes no one's right. The food was amazing, those quesadillas and shrimp enchiladas were amazing. The setting was cute, love the wall and design, super trendy.
Steak was good! I always come back. Service was alright, I enjoyed my drinks, the margaritas are really good! For the most part everyone was sweet, older servers had some attitude but food was very good and they were on it.
Every time I've had Casa Flores Brookside I've walked out pleased. The food is great. One place I get my favorite margarita (MDM). Also my favorite tequila (Clase Azul) is at responsible price.
